This four-week program offers twelve hours of focused performance coaching designed to deepen artistic clarity, expressive intention, and stage presence.
The structure, spread over four weeks, gives each participant the time to process, practise, and return with new awareness for the next step.
Guided by Giuseppe Ravì, the work explores the connection between musical intention and expression, supporting musicians in developing confidence, authenticity, and interpretative depth.

Who It Is For
Open to soloists, singers, and chamber ensembles (duos, trios, quartets) who wish to explore performance at a deeper, more intentional level. The programme provides a dedicated and inspiring space for refining awareness, expression, and presence on stage.
Programme Structure
• 4 sessions of 3 hours each
• Total of 12 hours
• Small group setting
• Every participant receives individual coaching time within each session
• Ensembles attend the sessions as a group and receive focused ensemble coaching
Dates and Schedule
The programme takes place on the following dates:

• Wednesday 21 January 2026 – 10:00 to 13:00
• Wednesday 28 January 2026 – 10:00 to 13:00
• Tuesday 3 February 2026 – 10:00 to 13:00
Total duration: 12 hours across four sessions.
Fees and Payment
• Individual participants: €360
Ensembles:
• Duo: €450 total
• Trio: €550 total
• Quartet: €700 total
Scholarships
To support accessibility, a limited number of scholarships are available.
These scholarships are intended for talented musicians who would benefit from financial support to attend the programme.
• 1 full scholarship (100%)
• 2 half scholarship
Applicants wishing to be considered for a scholarship are asked to submit the following materials:
• a recent performance video
• a short biography
• a motivation letter explaining why this programme would be meaningful at this moment

Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellations made on or before 6 January 2026, a full refund will be issued,
minus a non-refundable fee of €100. Alternatively, the deposit may be transferred to a future session.
For cancellations made after 6 January 2026, no refund will be issued.
Organizer’s Cancellation Policy
The organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the workshop in the event of force majeure or
other unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified immediately, and any
fees paid will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation.

Chamber ensembles (duos, trios and quartets) should submit a single application as a group.
Places are limited due to the small group format.
If applying as an ensemble, please include the ensemble name and the full names of all members in the message section of the form.

Applications will be accepted until 6 January 2026. We encourage early applications due to the small group format and the limited number of scholarships available.
